Expert networks have had a remarkable run. Dating back to 2003 the “big four” of the industry have experienced insane growth both in terms of revenues and in terms of employee growth. These amazing trends seem to finally be coming to an end. Well, at least 2023 isn’t looking like it will be a year to remember. My recruiting experience in the expert network space goes back to 2003. I haven’t seen a slow down EVER in the space until now. Don’t expect many job opportunties to be available at the junior level. The job market still looks solid for experienced individuals however. I will keep you informed of any changes as always.
