As some of you may know, I work with equity analysts on a one on one basis that are interested in assessing their career options. Given the pace and intensity of the job search process that I’ve developed, I can only work with one client at a time. I work with each client until the search is successfully concluded with my work leading to my client accepting a top tier opportunity which I’ve sourced.
I work with you until you have found an opportunity that you deem the right one. Given this, I’m highly selective regarding who I work with. I’m interested in developing a lifelong recruiting relationship with individuals who are highly ambitious and very good at what they do.
Right now I’m looking for a strong senior associate or publishing analyst from the sellside who is interested in making a move to the buyside. I think that the employment market is right these types of moves and I’m interested in getting to work on this search right away so my new candidate is able to assess as many opportunities as possible before the bonus season and will be in a position to jump at the right opportunity once bonuses have been paid.
